How do I choose what photographer I want to work with?
When you book a Stuudiio session, you’ll have the option to “Add On” a photographer. Once that choice is made, we will send you our private list of our preferred photographers to review.
The additional charge for the photographer functions as a deposit for the shoot and as a payment applied to future photography editing. Afterward, each photo can be purchased for $35 - choose as many or as few as you like to fit your needs.
Can I bring my own photographer?
Totally! That’s the point, we want to create space and encourage our local community to make content that will grow our community as a whole. Of course, if you need a photographer, we can help you book one of our preferred professionals.
Can I split a session with a friend?
Of course! However, we do ask that you limit yourself to one other friend if you are to be booking The Stuudiio. Please make note of it during your booking so we can plan accordingly.
Are you Hiring?
At this time, we’re not actively hiring, but if you’d like to submit an application or resumé, send it to create@thestuudiio.com. If you’d like to apply to be considered as one of our Preferred Professionals, send us your Instagram handle or portfolio and we’ll go from there! Models, photographers, designers, and stylists are all welcome.
How does payment work?
When you book The Stuudiio online, you’ll have the option to pay by card. If you prefer to pay in cash, you can arrange that with us by contacting create@thestuudiio.com. (For local Humboldt residents only #cashcurtain).
What’s included in a Stuudiio session?
Each Stuudiio Session, whether it be Lifestyle or Editorial includes 1.5 hours of time in our beautiful naturally lit space in Old Town Eureka. We will be there to greet you and ensure you have everything you need during your session including any catering services, set design, studio assistance, models, photographers, or stylists. (Additional charges apply for extra professional services).
Do you make custom sets for clients?
Indeed we do! if you’re interested in a custom set design, please make note of it in your booking. After consulting with you and understanding the vibe you want to capture, we will design and build out something fabulous.
